About myself

Hello readers! 

My full name is Paula Duran Mazuecos, I’m 23 years old and I’m from a small village located in south Spain. I moved to Ireland in October from 2021 which was 2 years ago. Before moving here, I studied a completely different degree which was Radiography and nuclear medicine and I worked in a hospital for 3 months. I decided to change careers because the shifts were often excessively long and sometimes they started late at night, which broke my routine. I also found working in a hospital extremely sad as you would see sick people the whole day.  

I do have a good few hobbies. I love doing all kind of sports but my favorite ones are horse riding, snowboarding, going to the gym and roller skating. Something I miss doing is going to the beach. I am not sure if it is considered a hobby but for me, finishing college and going straight to tan and listen to the sound of the waves was extremely therapeutic.

I chose to study e-commerce because I’m someone who loves travelling and is good with computers. I know some people own their own e-commerce businesses while they are enjoying cocktails by the pool in another country so that inspired me. And even if I never get to have my own business, just working for another e-commerce company while working from home living in the sunny spanish countryside would be such a dream.
